When Admitted to a Hospital...

Upon being admitted to the hospital, a processing person at the admission office should be asking if you would like spiritual care during your stay.

If this step is missed, a priest or a pastoral care minister from the Catholic community may be unaware that you would like a visit or would like to receive Holy Communion.

Please make sure the admission office has this information.
