Required Protocol Training

Extra Protocol Training Sessions For Parish Responsible Ministry Committees (PRMC)
Dates and times for training will take place:  

  • Thursday, June 16 – Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, St. Walburg from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, June 23 - Our Lady of Consolation, Melfort from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.

These meetings are mandatory and for everyone who will be involved in the implementation of the Responsible Ministry Protocol in their Parish.  Particularly, the members of the Parish Responsible Ministry Committee (PRMC), and coordinators of any programs working with children, youth or vulnerable adults. The purpose of these meetings is three-fold:

1)  To help parishes understand the protocol document they received at the Chrism Mass.
2)  To prepare parishes to implement the protocol.
3)  To answer any and all questions about the protocol
